每一部分都很关键，但是考生在介绍的时候也要有所侧重，有7个点必不可少，下面具体和大家谈谈。
第一点开场白，考官要求你作自我介绍时，不要用...let me introduce myself briefly/ please allow me to introduce myself to you 等句子，重复、啰嗦。开头可以只用一句话引入:Dear professors, l feel so glad to meet all of you here.然后就可以进入主题，介绍姓名、年龄等等。
第二点关于姓名，毕业院校，所学专业部分不是自我介绍的重点，同学们在讲这部分的时间基本就是面试老师们浏览个人简历的时间，这部分按部就班介绍就可以了。参考表达:
I am Li Ming. My English name is Jacky Lee. You can call me that if you’d like to. l am majored in Electronic Science and Technalogy l will graduate from Xidian University in this coming July.
② 年龄。年龄可以跟在姓名后带过(lam xxx,25 years old)。
③原来的院校、专业。注意:一定要把原来学校的英文名称、专业的英文名称弄清楚(尤其是跨校.跨专业的学生)。所属的公司、职位。注意:在职考生则应将自己公司、自己职位/职称的英文名称弄明白。
第三点考研原因几乎是每个导师都会关心的问题，因此最好把这个问题就放在自我介绍里面说了。这部分的内容我们务必要让考官感到我们选择这个专业是经过深思熟虑的，是一个理性的选择而不是一时冲动。通常我们可以从以下三个方面来回答。
1、兴趣。你对报考的专业有兴趣(be interested in/be fascinated with/be obsessed with...)，可适当举出一些例子，如经常看相关的书籍、论文、文章、新闻等。在职考生可以强调知识教育对工作的影响:In my work, i find it necessary to broaden my horizons in communication. That’s why I long for entering your prestigious university.
2、优势，即强调研究生相对于本科生在知识、学术方面的优势，如：知识面更广(wider
knowledge)，学术更专业(more professional)，眼界更广阔等(broaden one’s horizon)益处，即强调考研对你的未来的积极影响(have a positive effect on...)，可以从求职、职业规划、人生经历等方面入手进行说明，可参考的词汇、短语如下:be helpful, contribute to,be beneficia to, be conductive to, be a definite advantage, become a strong point when it comes to... 等等。
3、对于在职考生或有工作经验的考生来说，考官乐于知道他们为什么(放弃工作而)重新学习。考生可以直言在工作发现某些知识或技能很重要，希望能通过学习在这些方面进行提高(in my work, i found ... is rather importa nt. l always believe that one will easily lag behind unless he keeps on learning. So i choose to go back to school and improve myself. )。
第四点未来规划，可以在自我介绍中展现自己对未来的规划，其目的在于向老师们展示自己对时间、学习、人生有一定计划性和掌控能力。参考回答:
I plan to concentrate on study and research in this field in my graduate time. And l hope i can farm a systematic view of .... and make a solid foundation for future profession after three years study here. After gra duation. l would like to work as a .... i hope that in five years after graduation, i can....
第五点结束语，最后，请务必表达出对来目标院校就读的强烈意愿。并给出一个明确的结束的信号。
例如：I would be very honored if you could grant me the opportunity to study in this university.That"s all about my self introduction. Thank you!
